Resident Evil 7 biohazard (Buy From Amazon) release was announced today by developer/publisher Capcom. The game is now available in North America and Europe retail locations as well as digital distributors such as Steam and Amazon.com. Considered by many the quintessential survivor horror video game series for more than 20 years, the Resident Evil 7 biohazard release signals a new and realistic horror experience for the PC and latest generation console systems unlike any other.

In Resident Evil 7 biohazard puts players in the role of Ethan Winters, who is searching for his missing wife when he comes across a mysterious and abandoned plantation in Dulvel, Louisiana. As soon as Ethan ventures onto the property, the mysterious and sinister secrets of the plantation begin to be revealed. It is up to the players to uncover the mystery of the mansion if there is any hope of finding his wife.

As with many survival horror games, Resident Evil 7 biohazard, uses a lot of horror graphics/environment and atmosphere to create the survival horror experience. Putting players in a situation where they may feel helpless or have little control.

The Resident Evil 7 biohazard release also marks the start of support for the game by Capcom. Downloadable content packs are also planned for Resident Evil 7 biohazard, some of which will be free. Capcom has announced that shortly after the launch Banned Footage Volume 1 and Volume 2 will be released which provide two addicional scenarious and bonus game mode. There are also plans to add new story episodes in Spring 2017, that will introduce a new storyline. The downloadable content packs will be available for purchase individually or through the Resident Evil Season Pass and deluxe editions of the game.

The Resident Evil 7 launch trailer runs 3 minutes 37 seconds in length and is age restricted. The game is available now for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.
